The JRS-2 here is shown in standard Navy warpaint with sea-blue on top and cloud white beneath. The JRS-2 has a special place in history as one of them which survived the attack on Pearl Harbor (it was at Ford Island) has been saved and preserved by the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, D.C.
